Hello Hello my mayo lovers!

Who would’ve thought that mayo could be vegan and free of cholesterol? This rich, thick and creamy recipe isn’t exactly mayonnaise, but it looks and tastes the same, if not better! And as an added bonus, it’s very low in fat and full of vegetable protein unlike the regular stuff. Veganaise is what your healthy salads, wraps, and sandwiches are missing, you’ll be in disbelief at how this easy 4 ingredient recipe enhances the taste of your go-to meals. Ever since I nailed the preparation technique, my fridge is filled with this stuff! I can’t wait for you guys to try without further ado, here’s the step by step recipe: 

 You only need 4 ingredients:

1 Garlic ( or garlic paste) 

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

300 grams of extra firm Tofu


Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

& Voila!
