THE FUDGING BEST KETO BROWNIE RECIPE

THE FUDGING BEST KETO BROWNIE RECIPE

You cannot imagine how much I love cocoa (in all its presentations). Sadly, my skin tends to always let me know when I’ve had enough chocolate (breakouts sucks!) However, eating cocoa in a healthy way can actually raise serotonin levels and bring other benefits, like reducing the risk of heart attack or stroke, making it completely fine to implement it in your diet from time to time. So to satisfy your chocolate cravings, in this post I’ll be sharing with you the world’s best sugar and dairy free brownies recipe. They’re moist, chewy and fudgy on the inside, with the most delicious and crisp crinkle layer on the top.

For these keto brownies you’ll need:

4 tablespoons of almond or cashew butter ( you could even use peanuts).

1 cup almond flour

Stevia or honey to your liking

2 egg whites

1 teaspoon baking powder

A splash of almond milk

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

45 gr of unsweetened dark chocolate

Pinch of salt

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 F. for 10 to 15 minutes.
  1.  In a pot, melt the chocolate with almond milk. Stir, and make sure to add the milk little by little so that the mixture is not very liquidy. To that same mixture add vanilla and stevia, personally I like my brownies super sweet so I add a lot hahaha.
  1. Then incorporate the rest of ingredients into the mixture and pass it all to the blender. Don't over blend though, remember that we’re looking for that chewy marshmallow effect, so don’t let the mixture become too smooth.
  1. Transfer batter to a baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes. If you want extra fudge add caramel or chocolate chips.

Let me know if you love this recipe as much as I do in the comments below!
