We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from Nicoleravachibrand.com that do not meet your expectations, simply return the gently used products within 15 days of receipt. Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Please note: Only products purchased on nicoleravachibrand.com may be returned for refund or exchange.

When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund. Only containers with 75% of product may be returned.

Return Instructions

Please contact us via email at customerservices@nicoleravachibrand.com. Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift, directions will be provided. Please include order number and return product Name in the email. Use RETURN ORDER#: ____ as the email subject.

Once your return package has arrived, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. All eGift card refunds will be processed to a new eGift card that will be sent to the customer’s original email. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds. You will receive a Return Confirmation Email once your refund has been processed.
